I. Overview
The internal circuit is isolated by a switching power supply (85~270V), with triple isolation between input signal, auxiliary power supply, and transducer output. It features high accuracy, low power consumption, strong environmental adaptability,
fast response time, an all-plastic casing, a novel appearance, light weight, and high insulation performance, making it easy to carry, install, and transport.
This product is suitable for power measurement and monitoring in power plants and substations (distribution stations); for testing various electromechanical products; and is a key supporting instrument for industrial process control and energy automation management in power, water conservancy, petroleum, chemical, and large-to-medium-sized industrial and mining enterprises.

III. Installation
The transducer can be installed on a transducer panel or instrument panel, with standard rail and screw fixation installation methods. For dimensions and installation details, refer to the attached diagrams.
IV. Wiring
Appearance and Installation Dimensions
1) Before use, check the transducer for external damage and ensure terminal wiring is correct. Refer to attached diagrams Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 for wiring diagrams.
2) Ensure the environment complies with the specifications in Section 2 of "Technical Parameters" in this manual.
3) Before applying rated input values, power on the transducer to preheat for no less than 30 minutes. After applying the maximum nominal input, the full-scale output should be the specified value.
4) Three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire transducers have different internal structures and are not interchangeable. Please note when ordering! Refer to the included wiring diagram for details.
5) This transducer features triple isolation between input signal, transducer output, and auxiliary power supply.
V. Precautions
1) Before use, power on the transducer for 15 minutes.
2) Avoid vibration and impact; do not use in environments with excessive dust or harmful gases.
3) Input wires should not be too long. If the measured signal input end is long, use twisted shielded wire.
4) If the signal is accompanied by high-frequency interference, use a low-frequency filter in the circuit.
5) For long-term storage, avoid direct sunlight and store at -10°C~70°C. Power on every three months for no less than 4 hours each time.
6) Do not use the PT signal as the auxiliary power supply unless the PT has sufficient power to ensure normal operation of the instrument.
7) Tighten the current terminal screws in the CT circuit to ensure reliable contact of input/output wires and prevent malfunctions.
8) For instrument calibration, use calibration instruments of 0.1 class or better to ensure calibration accuracy.
